Overview: 24/7 Technology Support

Learning House provides online students and instructors with 24/7 technology support delivered via phone, e-mail and online, text-based chat through our North American-based support center.

Students, instructors and administrators can always reach our technical support team for answers to questions regarding their courses or for the resolution of any technical issues they may experience.

As a part of this service, Learning House continuously analyzes support tickets to improve the processes and effectiveness of the Help Center and to enhance the online experience for both students and instructors.
