Learning House provides Tier 1 Data Center hosting and support services
The hosting services are managed in partnership with Peak 10 Data Management Systems in a high-tech data center. Learning House operates IBM Series E servers with Raid 5 and 6 capabilities. Servers are housed in a secure environment, and they are managed 24/7/365 by live tech support teams. The content on the servers is backed up on an hourly basis, and the content is backed up off-premises seven (7) days a week. Crash recovery systems are in placed in case a disaster occurs to the system. The uptime for servers and systems is 98.7%.
