Learning House creates customized video based courses. This process is outlined below:
The client specifies the learning outcomes and identifies the target audience for the course. Subject matter experts are identified to write the content of the course and the scripts for the CD/DVD. The content is reviewed by editors, instructional designers and developers and made available to the client for review and approval. The final plan is converted into a script for production. The script is written, rehearsed and revised based on a reading of the script by actors or actresses. The final script is written, and the production crew is prepared to shoot the video content. The production crew shoots the video following movie film style standards. The video is reviewed and prepared for transfer to CD/DVD. Once the client accepts the video production, content is transferred to CD/DVD for final review. The final product is placed into a menu-driven CD format for the learner. The CD/DVD is mass-produced, and it is mailed to the client. The client will determine the depth of video production.
