Tier 1 24/7/365 Help Center

Learning House provides Tier 1 24/7/365 Technical Help Center  
Administrators, faculty members and students can access assistance at anytime via a toll free 800 number, email or chat link. The average response time is two (2) minutes.  All requests for help are registered on service tickets that can be viewed by Learning House personnel at any time via the Internet. All service tickets are tracked.  If Help Center personnel cannot solve requests for assistance, the service ticket is forwarded to Tier I for advanced service.  All requests requiring advanced services are resolved within a 24-hour time period.
The Learning House:

  1. Provides Tier 1 24/7/365 technical help desk services.
  2. Provides 24/7/365 personnel to answer faculty and student questions.
  3. Provides follow-up tutorial services to faculty needing assistance.
  4. Provides a ticket tracking system that follows the problem until solved.
  5. Provides feedback on problems reported and solutions applied.
  6. Provides, based on need, in-classroom support to faculty members.
