How would you teach a blind student? That daunting question faces educators around the world, many of whom are not accustomed to working with blind individuals. The National Federation of the Blind (www.nfb.org) enlisted the aid of Learning House, Inc. (www.learninghouse.com) to launch four online courses and help guide teachers through that unique scenario.

When one calls Emmaus Bible College, the automated operator greets them with, “Celebrating 64 years of teaching God’s Word.” Emmaus has done just that from its campus, and this fall began doing so on a much larger scale.

Last month, Emmaus Bible College launched its first online course; Survey of Doctrine. Dr. Donald Patten, who joined the school’s staff in June, brought about its debut.
