California Lutheran University Adds MBA Program

At one time an after-thought in the educational landscape, adult learners are now a major population actively courted by countless institutions. There are more than seven million adult learners studying today, and more than eight million predicted by 2015. Attracting and retaining these men and women should be an effortless undertaking for college administrators, most of whom are also beyond the “traditional” student age. After all, evening and online programs and courses are created by adults, for adults. Nevertheless, when marketing to adult learners, it can still be difficult for colleges to think outside the “traditional” box.
