Affiliate Marketing
The Learning House partners with vendors and affiliates who specialize in marketing online programs via e-mail, landing pages and search engine marketing. They send traffic and/or leads to your programs.
E-mail Campaign Management
The Learning House customizes e-mail campaigns to reach your target market at a low cost. It also uses tracking tools to measure results.
Pay-Per-Click
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns are established on search engines with the highest traffic, such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. PPC marketing involves identifying keywords, or phrases that will generate traffic to your targeted landing page. The Learning House designs and monitors fulfillment rates on the landing page of each PPC campaign. PPC advertising includes:
- Campaign setup in major search engines
- Creation of landing pages
- Campaign refinement
- Analysis of effective keywords
- Development of effective copy
- Monitoring of campaign results
Banner Advertising
Banner advertising generates traffic and creates brand awareness for your school through various media outlets. Banner advertising traffic is sent to either a landing page or your online campus Web site. Both the landing page and online campus contain an Information Request Form (Web lead form) that captures the lead’s contact information and stores the data in Learning House’s proprietary Lead Administration System (LAS).
Banner advertising campaign management includes:
- Design or production of display ads
- Creation of designated landing pages
- Creation and design of an online campus
- Development of copy
- Monitoring of campaign results
Web Site Audit
The Learning House conducts an audit of your school Web site to assess navigation, overall appearance, keyword usage, content, presence and accessibility of online program information and makes specific recommendations to ensure that specific criteria are met.
Recruitment Training
The Learning House conducts an admissions process assessment prior to the implementation of Advanced Marketing Services. Recommendations are given upon completion of the assessment. Admissions office personnel are trained to effectively manage and process leads using Learning House tools and best practices.
Traditional Marketing
Traditional marketing consists of local and regional marketing through direct mail, newspaper advertising and radio and television promotion. The Learning House develops traditional marketing materials in collaboration with your marketing team based on your program’s promotional needs.
Call Center Services
Learning House understands that you might need additional resources in your admissions process on a temporary or permanent basis. For that purpose, we have designed Call Center Services to enhance your admissions and enrollment process. This service provides a quick first response to prospective students and identifies their qualification level.
When a lead completes an Information Request Form, the person's data is stored in Learning House’s proprietary Lead Administration System (LAS). A lead contact specialist then contacts the prospective student via phone and e-mail. The specialist answers any questions, assesses the eligibility of the lead and guides the prospect to the application stage. After a series of contacts are made by the Learning House, the lead is then transferred to the school’s admissions personnel for further interaction.
