David T. Richardson

Chief Executive Officer

David T. Richardson joined The Learning House, Inc. in November 2007 as its Chief Executive Officer. Richardson led a group of private equity investors that made a significant investment in the company. With this additional capital and increased management resources, Richardson plans to aggressively grow the company by expanding the core online college product offering to more colleges nationwide and by increasing degree programs and student enrollments at current client institutions.

Denzil Edge, Ph.D.

President and Founder

Dr. Denzil Edge, has more than 25 years experience in higher education and distance learning technology.  Dr. Edge, President/Founder of Learning House, is internationally known for his work in education and distance learning programs at the University of Louisville and the Kentucky Virtual University.  He has developed and taught more than 100 distance learning courses.

Steven A. Huey

Chief Operating Officer

Steve is a dynamic, results oriented leader with a proven track record of sustainable performance in high tech industries. His most recent engagement is that of Senior Vice-President and General Manger of Rentals.com where he successfully merged the company from four different acquisitions while continuing to set record revenue and profit. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Rentalhouses.com and led in the turnaround and sale of the company to Consumer Source, Inc. He has also assumed leadership roles with EarthLink, Inc. that include Mergers and Acquisitions, Product Development, Business Management and Turnarounds

Sharon Edge, M.S.L.S.

Co-Founder

Sharon Edge, has more than 25 years experience in higher education and distance learning library services.  Professor Edge, was a pioneer in the development of distance learning library services both at the University of Louisville and within the Kentucky Virtual Library.
