Rachel Rivoli

Rachel Rivoli joined The Learning House, Inc. in February 2009 as a Relationship Manager. She is passionate about the world of higher education and all the business opportunities that the Learning House strives to develop with partner schools. She supports clients in identifying proper course development strategies and follows up on course orders and other types of projects related to clients’ online education offerings (training, infrastructure and marketing).

Prior to joining the Learning House, Ms. Rivoli was the Regional Sales Manager for EST Analytical in the Southeast. In this position, she was in charge of capital equipment sales for laboratories and provided customer service and end user support. One of her top achievements was the acquisition of major accounts within the national chain of environmental laboratories.

Ms. Rivoli has an undergraduate degree in biology and a graduate degree in psychology from the University of Louisville.

Catherine Prostko

Catherine Prostko joined The Learning House, Inc. in January 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator for all online client programs and other company-wide projects. In this position, Ms. Prostko worked with the design, training and management departments to initiate marketing projects, tactics and strategies; create and implement marketing plans; and advise partner schools on best marketing practices in promoting their online offerings.

In November 2008, Ms. Prostko was promoted to the position of Relationship Manager, which was a natural career advancement due to her marketing experience and interest in expanding her client reach.

Ms. Prostko earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from the University of Louisville. Prior to her employment with the Learning House, Ms. Prostko worked at MedAssist, Inc., where she was in charge of coordinating corporate advertising schedules, creating business proposals and organizing all corporate events.

Howell Williams

Howell Williams joined Learning House in August 2009 as a Relationship Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Learning House from her work as a professional educator and researcher.  Because of her experience in teaching, curriculum design, and program development, Dr. Williams is able to provide helpful recommendations to Learning House partner schools. As a researcher, Dr. Williams worked with multiple universities, scholars and publishing houses. She extends this collaborative program management approach to her work with partner schools. She is a problem solver who supports schools by helping implement best practices in a variety of areas, including online course development, marketing strategies and instructor training.

Prior to joining Learning House, Dr. Williams taught history at an independent high school in Louisville, KY.  She has also served as an instructor in social science, philosophy, and religious studies departments at Western Kentucky University, Indiana University Southeast, and Florida State University.   Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Western Kentucky University and her Master of Arts and Doctorate in American Religious History at Florida State University.

Ellen Stubbs

Ellen Stubbs joined The Learning House, Inc. in February 2010 as a Relationship Manager. Her extensive knowledge in brand awareness, public and media relations, advertising, and corporate communications ensures that our partner schools are able to communicate their core competencies to prospective students while enhancing brand equity. Ms. Stubbs' experience in managing multi-functional teams enables her to work with TLH's experienced higher-education team to increase enrollments while promoting her client's mission.

Her experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors allows her to address the needs of all clients and customize strategic growth plans. Prior to joining Learning House, Ms. Stubbs was an Account Manager at New West Public Relations and Advertising, where she oversaw accounts with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, such as the State Fair Board, Department of Agriculture, and Economic Development Cabinet. Ms. Stubbs was responsible for all marketing initiatives, including national advertising and public relations campaigns and client communication materials and strategies. Ms. Stubbs also served for three years as Marketing Manager at BridgePointe Services and Goodwill Industries. Working across multiple target audiences, she knows how to communicate her client's mission and build a strong customer base.

Ms. Stubbs taught "Marketing 101: Marketing in the not-for-profit world" at Ivy Tech, was awarded multiple IABC/PRSA Landmark's of Excellence for Communications Campaigns, and is a graduate of Leadership Southern Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations degree from Northwest Missouri State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Nathaniel Rowe

Joining the Learning House team as a Client Service Specialist in June 2009, Nate became a Relationship Manager one year later in June 2010. Because of his background in helping instructors optimize courses, Nate is well-versed in working with schools to create innovative, high-quality online courses. Through his strong understanding of what it takes for courses to succeed online, Nate is passionate about helping his partner institutions convert more on-campus programs and courses to an online format.

Prior to working at Learning House, Nate worked as the Research Center Monitor at Preston Osborne, a public relations firm. There, Nate worked on multiple research projects and gained management experience as an overseer of the Market Research Call Center. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in May 2008.
