As President of Capital Consulting Group, LLC (CCG), a management consulting firm specializing in early-stage and turnaround leadership services, Mr. Richardson has assumed senior leadership positions with many companies over the past decade.

In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Richardson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rentalhouses.com, Inc., the second largest Internet listing service for advertising homes for rent. Prior to his work with Keller, Mr. Richardson led the restructuring and sale of two companies - Pinnacle Solutions, LLC, a professional staffing and recruiting firm, and Axxis, Inc., an audio/video technology integration company, while also advising other clients.

From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Richardson served as Vice President of Finance at High Speed Access Corp. (HSAC), a venture-backed broadband Internet service provider, now part of Charter Communications, Inc.
